Description of problem:

echo $PKG_CONFIG_PATH don´t have any output.

For compiling sumwars i must set $PKG_CONFIG_PATH because ./configure don´t find an .pc file in /usr/lib/pkgconfig. But when i set $PKG_CONFIG_PATH to /usr/lib/pkgconfig it works.
