So you cannot see any pattern in the crashes? Can you update to Thunar-1.0.2-2 thats in updates testing? Also, do you have the vcs plugin installed? 'rpm -q thunar-vcs-plugin' should tell you. If so, try removing it and see if Thunar becomes more stable.
