Description of Problem:
mod_dav does not work when TUX is running.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Tested up to tux-2.2.0-1 with kernel-2.4.9-13

How Reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send "OPTIONS / HTTP/1.0\r\n" to port 80
(or PROPFIND, any non-standard method)


Actual Results:
Connection is dropped, no response is sent.

Expected Results:
OPTIONS request should be passed through to user-space httpd.

Fixed in Pensacola kernel/tux packages.
