Description of problem: Resource search is disabled/broken with latest builds of master.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON 204 build.

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install JON 204 build from hudson.
2. Import some resources, navigate to search area Menu->Resources->All Resources (not sure if import necessary).
3. Attempt to search for anything.  
  
Actual results:
Unable to enter search elements.

Expected results:
Ability to interactively search.

This probably does not need to be urgent.  It only appears to fail in this manner on F11.

Works:
Windows 7 32 bit Firefox 3.5.9
Windows 7 32 bit IE 8.0.7600.16385

I no longer see this issue with the 2.4.0beta1 release.
