Description of problem: On Fedora an incomplete recovery will take place, e.g. grub will not be installed, because the directory link is called FedoraCore instead of Fedora Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.7.20 and higher How reproducible: Running a recover process in step mode will show the behavior Steps to Reproduce: 1. # pwd /usr/share/rear/restore 2. # rear -s recover | grep restore 3. # ln -s CentOS Fedora # rear -s recover | grep restore Actual results: Source restore/REQUESTRESTORE/default/20_prompt_user_to_start_restore.sh Source restore/default/90_create_missing_directories.sh Expected results: Source restore/Fedora/05_copy_dev_files.sh Source restore/REQUESTRESTORE/default/20_prompt_user_to_start_restore.sh Source restore/default/90_create_missing_directories.sh Additional info: to solve this add in the directories restore, pack and finalize an extra link "ln -s CentOS Fedora"
