Description of Problem:
When making changes to the taskbar preferences, kicker disappears.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdebase-3.0.0-0.cvs20020211.1
kdelibs-3.0.0-0.cvs20020211.1

How Reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on window-list button, and select Preferences
2. Click on 'Taskbar'
3. Toggle 'group similar tasks'
4. Hit OK.

Actual Results:
Kicker disappears but does not come back.

Expected Results:
Kicker restarts with changes.

Additional Information:
Starting kicker by hand works.
