Description of problem:
If we have a system subscribed to configuration channel which has many files included and if we try to select all the files and try to deploy, satellite take only files which are listed on current page. (As per entries per list page)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to satellite server WebUI.
2. Go to "Systems" -> select system which has configuration channel enabled
3. Go to "Configuration" -> "Deploy Files"
4. Click on " Select All " -> Here we can see all files in the configuration channel are selected. [1 - 5 of 14 (14 selected) ] -> Click on "Deploy Files"
5. But on the confirmation page we can see only 5 files are listed.

Note : To reproduce this issue I have set 5 as RHN Satellite List Page Size . Using following steps

I.   Login to satellite server WebUI

II.  Overview -> Your Preferences -> In ""RHN Satellite List Page Size" set value as 5.
  
Actual results:
While selecting configuration files to deploy for a system if we select all files from the channel and try to deploy it selects only files we are listed on current page. So it does not deploy all the files from configuration channel.

Expected results:
After selecting all configuration files from the channel satellite should schedule all files available in channel to deploy.
