Install CD will not boot

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.insert CD
2.power on
3.does not boot of CD
	

Actual Results:  no boot.

Expected Results:  boot to installer

Additional info:

This is a fairly new laptop, but the BIOS apperantly does not like booting from
a 2.88M boot image.  The system will boot RH 6.2 just fine.

There are laptops which do not boot the 2.88M image properly.  You can work
around this by booting from floppy.
