Description of problem: did a minimal f13 installation and immediately did a yum update. discovered it was downloading the full package. discovered yum-presto plugin was not installed Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: i guess every time Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: i would have thought that yum presto plugin would be part of the minimal installation in line with the thinking of shrinking things down Additional info:
yum-presto isn't part of Core, therefore it's not installed by default on a minimal install.
yum-presto is in base not in core. I don't think it belongs in core, personally. If you want minimal and you want presto then you do -@base yum-presto presto/deltarpms is a feature not everyone will use/want - I think it makes sense that is not on a minimal install.
