Description of problem: When updating a package update in Bodhi, it is always pulled out of updates-testing. It only makes sense for this to happen if the included package(s) changes (i.e. a new version of the package, or adding a co-package). When changing only the comments (e.g. to fix formatting) or adding another bug to the list that should be auto-closed when the update is pushed to stable should not pull the update from updates-testing. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Whatever is in production on this date. How reproducible: Every time Steps to Reproduce: 1. Submit an update to bodhi, wait for it to be pushed to updates-testing 2. Edit the comment field or add a new bug that this update fixes. Do NOT change the package ID Actual results: The package gets pulled back to updates-testing-candidate Expected results: The package should remain in updates-testing and any new bugs added should be updated in Bugzilla.
