Description of problem:
The X configuration (monitor + resolution) screens comes after all packages were
installed.

How reproducible:
Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do a GUI cdrom install (workstation)
 

Actual Results:  Installing packages...
40 minutes later: choose your monitor from the list etc....

Expected Results:  Select the monitor etc, then proceed to the final step of
installing packages

This is done because you want to be able to test your X configuration.  This
can't be done until we've laid down the X packages on your system because we
don't have all of the X servers in the second stage install image for anaconda
and we have none of the X stuff in the text-mode images (ftp/http and hard drive
installs)
