Description of problem:
Bundle creation via upload invalid bundle distribution file didn't display error message and failure reason. The screen has only error icon.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON 2.4 GA_QA (tag-jon-release build# 49)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Administration->Content->Bundles
2. Click on button 'New'.
3. Select the radio button 'Upload'.
4. Click on the 'Browse' button.
5. Browse and select the archive file.
6. Click on Next button and proceed for bundle creation.
  
Actual results:
Bundle creation via upload invalid bundle distribution file didn't display error message and failure reason. The screen has only error icon.

Expected results:
UI should display proper error message and failure reason.

Same issue find when user select the radio button 'Upload' and without provide any file click on 'Next' button.

fix commit: 91c9d1fb7849b9966f60a2cdeb8bca1903e3389c

There is a new messaging and is displayed within the wizard.

Verified on jon-2.4.0.GA_QA build#52

When user tries to upload invalid bundle distribution file, the bundle wizard box displays the message with reason as expected (Failed to upload bundle distribution file
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid bundle distribution file. BundleType/Recipe not recognized by any deployed server bundle plugin.)

However, when user selects the radio button 'Upload' and clicks on the 'Next' button without providing any file, no error message is displayed in wizard and in 'Messages' drop down. The screen displays a red colored error icon in the wizard.

When user selects the radio button 'Upload' and clicks on the 'Next'
button without providing any file, an error message "Please select a bundle distribution file to upload" is displayed.
