Description of problem:
When I am creating activation key and adding entitlement then there is failure

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
spacewalk.nightly

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create activation key
2. add some entitlement, monitoring/provisioning or virtualization
3. save changes
  
Actual results:
See top of the pages:

    * Invalid add-on entitlement [label for="monitoring_entitled"monitoring_entitled/label] provided.No such entitlement exists.
    * Invalid add-on entitlement [label for="provisioning_entitled"provisioning_entitled/label] provided.No such entitlement exists.
    * Invalid add-on entitlement [label for="virtualization_host"virtualization_host/label] provided.No such entitlement exists.

Expected results:
entitlement can be added
