Update qlcnic driver in RHEL5.6 with patches submitted upstream post Bug 562723. These patches are for

1) NIC Partitioning (NPAR) support
2) AER Support
3) Several Bug Fixes.

Patches to supprt NPAR and AER

Attached tar file contains important bug fixes, Nic Partition and AER support. 
This patch set will sync up with David Miller's net-next tree.
Please include them in RHEL5.6.

  Adding one more fix to the list, previous tar has been marked as obsolete. Include qlcnic driver updates in RHEL5.6.
