Description of problem:
CJK cannot input in konqueror textbox

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run konqueror 
2. open any html or any site with text box 
3. activate any input method 


Actual Results:  cannot input any character to the textbox in HTML area 
(you can input to location textbox) 

Expected Results:  should able to input char from XIM just like KDE2.2

bug posted to upstream and fixed in CVS copy on our beta 3.
http://bugs.kde.org/db/39/39279.html
need a specific test for QA to make sure it works before final.
