Description of problem: Process /usr/bin/gnome-control-center was killed by signal 11 (SIGSEGV)

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. In gnome-shell, clicked on user name in upper right hand corner, then chose user preferences.
2. Clicked on Sound, then All Settings, then Sound again.
3. Bug Noticication Icon appeared.

Additional info:

This bug resulted in hard lockup after trying to proceed with reverting Desktop Effects back to standard or retrying control center again.
Trying to file bug from within gnome-shell after this created an empty desktop, with blank panels.  Trying to bring up menus also resulted in blank windows.

abrt is still not loading debuginfos automatically, I was required to use debuginfo-install control-center to obtain debuginfos.  I tried loading the missing debuginfos but got message that they were missing.
