when the cron job runs, it spits out this ..

Bareword "P_DETACH" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at /usr/bin/../lib/mrtg2/MRTG_lib.pm line 1181.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/bin/mrtg line 89.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/mrtg line 89.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 14 development cycle.
Changing version to '14'.

From the changelog, it sounds like this has been fixed in the newer upstream release 2.16.4

mrtg-2.16.4-1.fc14 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 14.
