We are at schroedinger-1.0.8-4.fc12 in F-12. The diffence betwean release 3 and 4 is exactly the removal of the gst plugin from schroedinger package. I would suggest to use yum-plugin-auto-update-debug-info.

It looks that is was never built for F-12: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=4558
I did not realize that F-12 is still supported, when building the last package. So it seems as if pushing 1.0.9-2 to F-12 should solve the problem.
The problem is, that 1.0.9 depends on orc, which is not present in F-12.
schroedinger-1.0.8-4.fc12 has been requested to build for F-12, I was probably waiting for gstreamer-plugins-bad-free to hit stable given that it has proper obsoleted for the schroedinger-gst-plugin, but not the related debuginfo package...
