Description of problem:
Right click on left navigation resource adding space at top of left navigation in IE 6/7.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
version: 2.4.0.GA_QA (build #78) build number: 10888:29722f6

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Log-in to JON
2) Click on Overview > Dashboard
3) Select platform 
4) Right click on left navigation - (any) resource 
  
Actual results:
Right click on left navigation resource adding space at top of left navigation in IE 6/7.

Expected results:
Right click on left navigation resource should not add space at top of left navigation in IE 6/7.
