Clive should depend on perl-URI

Description of problem:
Clive needs perl-URI but does not pull it in as a dependency.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum remove perl-URI
2. yum install clive
3. clive <youtubelink>
Can't locate URI/Escape.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/share/perl5/clive/Host/Youtube.pm line 53.
clive-2.2.13-2.fc13 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 13.
