Description of problem:
Publican-Installer-1.6.3.exe will fail on fop-0.95.bin.zip with 404 not found on Windows Vista.

How reproducible:
Run Publican-Installer-1.6.3.exe. After the end of imageMagick install, fop will fail.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Publican-Installer-1.6.3.exe
2. Wait for fop install stage.

This bug makes it hard to collaborate with people using Windows -- and I already have a hard enough time convincing them that using Publican is a good idea, as opposed to using MS Word. Can this please be fixed? It's a simple find/replace for fop version.

Hi, sorry for the delay, I am buried in non-publican work atm. I will try and get a build of Publican 2.1 for Windows this week, that fixes this.

Hi, I've created an updated installer, 2.1, and uploaded it. I've only had time to do a couple of basic tests, so please let me know if this fixes your issues.
