Description of problem:
There is a difference between RHTS and beaker in the usage of test parameters. In RHTS your parameter gets extra prefix TEST_PARAM_, however, there is no prefix in beaker. It means VAR will be TEST_PARAM_VAR in RHTS, but VAR in beaker. Some tests may have problems with running.

I would also appreciate if the test parameters for /distribution/reservesys are accessible through shell,e.g. put them into /etc/profile.

How reproducible:
Run whatever test with test parameter:

bkr workflow-simple --taskparam=VAR=something --task=/whatever
