Adding to blocker list for now since it is pretty annoying.
(This has been happening in rawhide for a long time - just F14 was so bumpy earlier so didn't get round to reporting it before now.:)
This is happening in a real F-14 installation, too. No guest.
Yep, I see it too with both KDM and startx it pops up just before the desktop gets drawn.
