I tried turning on and off the number lock, but was still unable to enter numbers using the keypad. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start the install 2. Wait until it prompts you for network setup information 3. Try typing an ip address using the 10-key pad Actual Results: No numbers appeared Expected Results: Numbers should have appeared Additional info: I think that the installer for 7.2 had this same problem...
msw fixed this.
I'm able to use the keypad to enter IP address information in the loader of the latest trees. Please reopen if this error was happening later in the installation and not right after selecting the installation method.
Actually, I checked the latest installer and I see this is actually happening during the second stage in the GUI, so reopening.
Fixed later than the tree Jay tested
Fix confirmed in 4/4/2002 katzj tree.
