Description of problem: Unable to see affected files after committing cvs.

Additional info:using redhat 5.3, cvs 1.11.x, bugzilla 3.6.1, scmbug 0.26.19

After integration , it's not showing view bug activity option, and also not showing affecting files after commit. Using bugzilla 2.2.22 , able to get these two options.
