pretty simple - somehow all RHN bugs have /dev/null at the end of their cc: 
list - i've mentioned this in a few of my RHN bugs but I'm finally getting 
around to creating a sep. bug about it :) 
 
easy to check, just query on RHN bugs and you'll see it, like bug 62245
