This appears to be the same bug as bug 560232 - the JVM crashes in libzip at newEntry. This is known to happen when the jar/zip that the JVM is using is modified externally - the internal caches that the JVM maintains are not updated and all the pointers and memory locations become invalid. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 560232 ***
