Created attachment 441223 [details] 0001-qla2xxx-Correctly-displaying-the-link-state-for-dis.patch With qla2xxx using mid-layer async-scsi-scanning, the link state for disconnected port is displayed wrong. Additional check for cable presence is considered to display proper link state. HP requested that QLogic back port this fix to RHEL 5.6 as it breaks their SNMP agents.
