The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create folder on desktop and do not set a name for it, it should be named like "untitled folder".
2. Right-click on folder->compress->create
3.
  
Actual results:
"No such file or directory" even if untitled\ folder exists in ~/Desktop/

Expected results:
Have no clue if it an feature or not.

Additional info:
When I rename it to some other name compression works just fine.

the problem is somewhere else .. When I change untitled folder to "titled folder" or to some other name containing space it also doesn't work. So there is a problem in space not being correctly escaped. It looks like file-roller wants to pack just "titled" thus the "No such file or directory" error.
