I'm afraid that this isn't possible, because gdc (but e.g. pascal FE has similar problem) is seriously lagging behind upstream GCC. Right now it seems their preferred compiler is GCC 4.3.x, which upstream is very close from being not supported any more. There is some partial support for 4.4.x, but Fedora currently is using 4.5.1 and will switch to 4.6 in a few months. The only option to include this would be if the gdc folks actually submitted this upstream as another frontend, or at least maintained support for current and upcoming GCC versions, so it would be just a matter of grabbing its latest snapshot from somewhere and building alongside of the latest gcc.
