Firstboot welcome page
I test in Red Hat Enterprise Linux Workstation release 6.0 Beta-2 (Santiago) and Rhel6 Snapshot 11, this bug also exist. So this bug isn't a regression bug. Hi Leah, Could you please check the translation of the word "Forward" in below three files: Firstboot: https://translate.fedoraproject.org/projects/p/firstboot/c/rhel6-branch/view/po/zh_TW.po Evolution: http://l10n.gnome.org/POT/evolution.gnome-2-28/evolution.gnome-2-28.zh_TW.po Gtk2: http://l10n.gnome.org/POT/gtk+.gtk-2-18/gtk+.gtk-2-18.zh_TW.po And let's know, what should be the appropriate translation for "Forward" in zh_TW. Also let's know which files needs modification. Thanks! Ankit Hi Ankit, You may consult zh-TW translation with Terry or Chester. cheers Leah (In reply to comment #5) > Hi Ankit, > > You may consult zh-TW translation with Terry or Chester. > > cheers > Leah Oops. Sorry! Terry could you please look at the issue? Thanks! Ankit Localization members would provide fix for translations. Reassigning bug back to the owner of the component to take care of the dev-ack. Thanks! Ankit Conditional NAK while waiting for patch. Translation errors has been fixed, Firstboot has been submitted through Transifex, Evolution and gtk2 has been sent to Ankit as I don't have the relevant upload permission. (In reply to comment #9) > Translation errors has been fixed, Firstboot has been submitted through > Transifex, Evolution and gtk2 has been sent to Ankit as I don't have the > relevant upload permission. Terry, Can you please submit your fixes for evolution and gtk2 to downstream at least? I can make a patch and attach in the bug. Thanks! Ankit Created attachment 469683 [details]
A patch to fix Chinese (zh_TW) translation issue for evolution
Applying this patch should fix the reported evolution zh_TW translation issue. Could you please add this to your next build to help me get this bug fixed.
Thanks!
Ankit

Created attachment 442143 [details] Evolution setup helper page Description of problem: The word "next step" has two different translation in evolution setting page. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHEL6.0-Snapshot-12 X86_64 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1.Select language "Chinese (Traditional) (zh_TW)". 2.Complete installation and reboot. 3.Start evolution in locale and setting. 4.Please see attachment for more details. Actual results: System indicate is press "next step" button to continue, but in fact, the button is "forward". Expected results: change "next step" (下一步)to "forward"(向前). Or change "forward"(向前) to "next step"(下一步). Additional info: The same situation happens in Rhel6 welcome page. please see attachment.
