If you change https://sw.example.com/rhn/systems/details/SystemHardware.do?sid=1000010001 to https://sw.example.com/network/systems/details/hardware.pxt?sid=1000010001 (and appropriately change the sid) does the error still occur? Could you please attache the catalina.out file and indicate the time the ISE occurred? Thanks CC
After upgrade to spacewalk-java-1.2.21-1.fc13.noarch ISE is gone and page shows correct info. IMHO it's already been fixed by commit 82727ccbf4e53c4bab2071e906d0b314a9b65732 Fix hardware page
