Description of problem: The CPU usage graph in the "Virtual Machine Manager" window is scaled to the CPU of the host, rather than the possible CPU usage of the guest. That is, given a host with 8 cpus and a guest with cpu allocation 2, if the guest is using 100% of its 2 cpus the graph will register 25% usage. This seems misleading at best.
