Summary: SELinux is preventing /usr/libexec/dovecot/dovecot-lda "append" access on /var/log/dovecot/deliver-errors.log. Detailed Description: SELinux denied access requested by deliver. It is not expected that this access is required by deliver and this access may signal an intrusion attempt. It is also possible that the specific version or configuration of the application is causing it to require additional access. Allowing Access: You can generate a local policy module to allow this access - see FAQ (http://docs.fedoraproject.org/selinux-faq-fc5/#id2961385) Please file a bug report. /var/log/dovecot/deliver-errors.log has same rw attributes for all as /var/log/dovecot/deliver.log to which i can write/append (fetchmail is running 'deliver' under my account), but not deliver-errors.log, as i need to write errors to see what is going on during fetching emails and sorting them according to sieve rules.
Will add append_files_pattern(dovecot_deliver_t, dovecot_var_log_t, dovecot_var_log_t)
