This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
'*' is very big in Tamil Fonts as compared to ASCII '*', which is need to uniform as it has same Unicode in both fonts.

	lohit-tamil-fonts-2.4.5-3.el6.noarch.rpm

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Lohit Tamil Font in gedit
2. press Shift 8 (*)
3. Check Size of *
4. Repeat 2-3 with any other fonts 
  
Actual results:
Size of *' is very big as compared to other font * sign

Expected results:
it should be uniform

hmm, all latin glyphs
i.e. #, @ are very big in lohit tamil
