Description Itai Nahshon 2002-04-11 10:32:25 UTC
Please separate the php-manual package to make
one RPM file per language.
As these files are not arch-specific they can be
'noarch'.

I would also prefer to see the PHP manuals (actually
also the apache manuals and docs for other mod_* components)
under /usr/share/doc, possibly with a symlink from /var/www/html
or alias in httpd.conf.

Small development systems are happy with small partitions
for /var. The full manuals for PHP-4.0.6-15 ask for 65 MB
which IMHO is far too much.

The php manual should be lang tagged to save on space.

It can't be made noarch, as it's part of the php source package.
