Description of problem:

The ntpq manpage is missing the Tally Codes section.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. man ntpq
2. Try to find Tally Code section
  
Actual results:
It is not there.

Expected results:
Tally Codes should be in the manpage.

ntpq is a part of ntp package.

The ntpq man page is generated from ntpq.html in the ntp-doc package. The tally code table was moved from ntpq.html to decode.html which isn't currently included in any man page. I'll see if we can generate a new ntp_decode man page.

ntp-4.2.6p2-5.fc15 now includes ntp_decode(5) man page which contains the tally table and it is referenced in ntpq(8) SEE ALSO section.
