Sorry if this is a duplicate somewhere...in a hurry today but wanted to at least send it out to bugzilla...
Please attach a .docx which reproduces this. Clearly there's a lot of issues with .docx table import. Might be (probably is) fixed in F-14 with 3.3.0 previews.
