Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 633487
SSSD initgroups does not behave as expected
Last modified: 2015-01-04 18:43:57 EST
Description of problem: There are several issues surrounding initgroups in SSSD. 1) Initgroups calls to not work on users who are not cached 2) Initgroups does not always return all groups for a user 3) Processing of the RFC2307bis schema is incorrect (relies on memberOf attributes when it should not) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): sssd-1.2.1-28.el6 Actual results: initgroups() call should always return all groups for the specified user.
