Description Russell Stuart 2002-04-15 04:14:37 UTC
Description of Problem:
The man entry for rpm, under the section titled "INSTALL AND UPGRADE OPTIONS",
describes a "--nobuild" option for "rpm -i" and "rpm -U". Neither of "rpm -i"
nor "rpm -U" recognise a "--nobuild" option. They do recognise a "--test"
option which does what the man pages says "--nobuild" does. "--test" is not
mentioned in the "INSTALL AND UPGRADE OPTIONS".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rpm-4.0.4-7x

How Reproducible:
Always.

Comment 1 Jeff Johnson 2002-04-15 13:59:46 UTC
Yup. Thnaks for noticing, fixed in CVS, will be in
rpm-4.1.
