dejagnu only knows f77: target.exp has if { $i == "f77" } { set compiler_type "f77" if [board_info $dest exists f77flags] { append add_flags " [target_info f77flags]" } # append add_flags " [f77_include_flags]" if [board_info $dest exists f77compiler] { set compiler [target_info f77compiler] } else { set compiler [find_g77] } } But it never looks for gfortran when f77compiler isn't specified. gfortran in gcc 4.1 has replaced g77 for more tan 4 years. dejagnu should be updated to at least check gfortran before g77.

Fedora 13 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2011-06-25. Fedora 13 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. There is a fresh patch in upstream, which should add support for gfortran: https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/dejagnu/2011-06/msg00003.html I believe it will be applied in the next version of dejagnu.
