Previously there were an outdated description/summary for flash-plugin in specspo translation. It is hard to keep this translation up-to-date because the flash-plugin is regularly updated. Also there was currently no translation other the original English, thus the flash-plugin description/summary was dropped and the rpm -qi flash-plugin shows the correct information now.

Not a flash-plugin spec file issue, rather an outdated "translation" in specspo.
