Updating sepostgresql to use the latest versions of upstream postgresql (8.4.4 for Fedora 12 and 9.0 (final) for Fedora 13) would resolve these issues. The 9.0beta1 currently in Fedora 13 should be updated to 9.0.0 now that it has been released. Thanks.
