Description Tammy Fox 2002-04-18 19:41:14 UTC
If you run neat-control before running neat, /etc/sysconfig/networking/devices
is empty. Thus, neat-control doesn't display any interfaces even though
they exist. After running neat, the files are created, and neat-control
displays the configured interfaces.

Comment 1 Trond Eivind Glomsrxd 2002-04-22 21:00:43 UTC
Than: Can you fix this in the errata branch? Run the same init as "neat"

Comment 2 Than Ngo 2002-04-23 09:08:48 UTC

Comment 3 Than Ngo 2002-04-23 15:59:05 UTC

Comment 4 Trond Eivind Glomsrxd 2002-04-23 16:46:37 UTC
Both errata branch and HEAD?

Comment 5 Than Ngo 2002-04-24 08:49:32 UTC
only in errata branch, will commit into HEAD today

Comment 6 Tammy Fox 2003-01-07 22:23:54 UTC
Did you ever commit this to HEAD? It is still happening on RHL 8.0 with
redhat-config-network version 1.1.20-1.

Comment 7 Harald Hoyer 2003-01-08 10:18:42 UTC

Comment 9 Tammy Fox 2004-02-27 06:23:59 UTC
This looks fixed in FC1, redhat-config-network-1.3.6-1.
