Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 63794
neat-control doesn't display devices
Last modified: 2007-03-26 23:52:56 EDT
If you run neat-control before running neat, /etc/sysconfig/networking/devices
is empty. Thus, neat-control doesn't display any interfaces even though
they exist. After running neat, the files are created, and neat-control
displays the configured interfaces.
Than: Can you fix this in the errata branch? Run the same init as "neat"
yes, i'm tyring to fix it now ;-)
it's fixed in CVS
Both errata branch and HEAD?
only in errata branch, will commit into HEAD today
Did you ever commit this to HEAD? It is still happening on RHL 8.0 with
redhat-config-network version 1.1.20-1.
seems like he never did it... grr.. will do, thx tammy

This looks fixed in FC1, redhat-config-network-1.3.6-1.
