I plan to use SCHEDOP_poll to avoid busy waits in the Xen PV drivers for Windows, and I need HVMOP_get_time.  It is a small and easy backport.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

test module

This test module will print the hypervisor timer in nanoseconds whenever it is loaded or unloaded.  Trying to insmod/rmmod it a few times is enough to verify the bug.

QA verified this bug on -237 kernel-xen package with the test module in comment#2:

1. Compile the module on a RHEL5.5 PV guest
2. insmod and rmmod the module for several times. time is printed out. No strange issues are triggered during the insmod/rmmod.

Change this bug to VERIFIED.
