Description of problem:

If user uses scroll bar to view the resources in the resource tree, the images in the resource tree reload every time.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Login to jon.
2) Navigate to 'Inventory' tab.
3) Click on 'Platform'
4) Click on any of the inventoried platform.
5) In the resource tree, expand few nodes so that a scrollbar is displayed.
6) Use scrollbar up and down and observe the images in the tree reload everytime.
  
Actual results:
Images in the resource tree reload every time when the scroll bar is used.

Expected results:
Images in the resource tree should not be reloaded.
