Description of problem: The qt3-devel package contains files ending in ".orig". I assume it is traces of applying a patch somewhere in the build process. But they hardly belong in the released package. it's fixed in rawhide. I don't think it's worth doing update for F13.

FYI, I'm pushing a cumulative fix for several qt3 bugs to Fedora 14, which also includes the fix for this bug.
