Description of problem: While tried to input with SHIFT, it is not working for Jhelum/Inscript Punjabi layouts. Input is same for 'r' and 'R' in both layouts. It is problem with other characters as well in layout. Select Jhelum Layout for Punjabi 2. press 'r' in gedit 3. Press 'R' (SHift + 'r') in gedit 4. Press CAPS lock and input 'R' in gedit Actual results: step 2 and 3's output is same, but 4 has Different Expected results: output of 2 and 3 should be different, and 3 / 4 should be same Additional info:

I think there are two problems. > output of 2 and 3 should be different It would be a bug of ibus-m17n or m17n. > and 3 / 4 should be same It seems the f14 linux has the problem. You could check it with 'xev' command without ibus. It seems input device doesn't read Caps_Lock keycode. I'd suggest to file another bug for the later issue.
Sorry for inconvenience, this is a regression bug of ibus-m17n-shift-altgr.patch, which has been included since 1.3.1-3. I'm now preparing an update.
