Description of problem:

Backport upstream tg3 driver to MRG 1.2 kernel

MRG 1.2 kernel:  2.6.24.7-rt14

old tg3 version: 3.91.1
new tg3 version:  3.110

Verified by code review.  Stress tested using iperf on hp-xw4200-01.rhts.eng.bos.redhat.com with Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5751 Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express.  Seems to work very stable on this box.  Both 32bit and 64bit architectures tested.

Code review implies, checked that upgraded driver was applied to kernel-rt-2.6.24-169.src.rpm.
