Description of problem:
The bind-9* RPM has missing man pages.  Please consider modifying the SPEC file
to catch the missing pages.

bind-9.2.0-8
Also, the bind RPM in RHL 7.2 is missing them as well (though rndc-confgen is a
new 9.2 utility).


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -ql bind | grep man/man
2. Notice how there is only 9 man pages, there should be 12
